Riverside is home to an array of talented local bands who play in a wide variety of music venues. On any night of the week, no matter what type of music you’re in the mood to listen to, we have it!
#8: Our Drive-in Movie Theatres
There aren’t too many drive-in movie theatres these days, but Riverside has two of them! A great time is guaranteed when you take a date or your whole family to either Van Buren Drive-In Theatre or Rubidoux Drive-In Theatre.

Riverside City is home to a whopping 58 parks! These parks include 2 State Parks (The California Citrus State Historic Park and Lake Perris State Recreation Area), 15 soccer fields, 40 ball fields, 9 golf courses, and much more!
#6: Our BIG Stuff
That’s right! Riverside California is home to some BIG stuff, including the World’s Largest Paper Cup! You can also view President Taft’s big chair (custom-built after the unfortunate incident of getting himself stuck in the bathtub) on display inside the lobby of the historic Mission Inn Hotel & Spa. Also on our list of big things to see is the Big Arrow in the Ground off of Cajalco Road.
